Worksoul is headed up by Tom Rapsas, a writer, creative director and strategist who has worked for some of the biggest and most respected direct and loyalty marketing firms in the U.S. During his 20-plus year career, Tom has developed creative and strategic solutions across all mediums (online and off) for many of the world's top brands, including IBM, Citibank, Merck, AT&T, Avis, EarthLink, Eddie Bauer, Home Depot, AIG (21st Century auto insurance) and Verizon.

As Senior Writer and Associate Creative Director, Tom has been with several prominent direct and relationship marketing agencies including the New York offices of Wunderman, Ogilvy & Mather Direct and FCB Direct/FCBi, and the Princeton and New York offices of MRM Worldwide, the relationship marketing division of McCann Erickson. He also had a 5-year stint as Creative Director at loyalty marketing firm Frequency Marketing.

Tom has written numerous trade articles on issues related to loyalty, direct and social marketing and is a regular contributor to the blogs Loyalty Redefined and Loyalty Truth. His articles have been published in leading print and online magazines including Marketing News, COLLOQUY, DM News and Direct magazines. He has also appeared twice as a speaker at the Direct Marketing Association's annual DMDays event and has been featured on live Webcast events sponsored by the DMA.
